What is Co-Design?
What is Co-Design?
Dr. G believes that consultancy is both a science and an art. It’s about listening, learning, supporting, guiding, and building for and with the client, the latter being the “art,” which is co-designing.
Co-design is the concept that each community participant is just as important as any other. Each person in a co-design is akin to the mini-flowers on the face of the broader sunflower—each is distinct while part of the beautiful whole, which turns towards the sun, radiating in collective magnificence.
When we work together, we are better and stronger for ourselves, families, organizations, and communities.
